A good warm-up has a purpose. Instead of changing every sensitivity setting after one bad match, use a short routine and record one thing to improve. This is a TERAGAMES practice suggestion, not an official training plan or a promise of a higher rank.

Minutes 1–5: keep your aim consistent

Use the practice area available in your version of Free Fire. Pick a familiar weapon and work on placing your aim before firing. Start with controlled shots, then practise following a moving target. Keep the same settings for the session so you can compare your results.

If your aim repeatedly overshoots, note it. Make one small adjustment between sessions rather than several changes mid-drill. Comfort and repeatability matter more than copying a creator's exact numbers.

Minutes 6–10: move with a destination

Practise moving between two pieces of cover. Before leaving cover, decide where you will stop and what angle you will check. Combine movement with a reload or a quick item switch, using the controls you actually play with.

Try the same path slowly before speeding up. The goal is to stop losing track of your next action when several things happen at once. A clean movement sequence is easier to repeat than a flashy one you cannot control.

Minutes 11–15: review one decision

Watch a short clip from your own recent match, if you have one. Pause before an engagement and ask: did I have cover, information and a way out? Choose one mistake you can act on in the next match. Examples include reloading in the open, chasing without checking your team, or taking a fight while low on supplies.

Use a simple session note

Write the date, the drill and one observation. After a few sessions, look for a pattern instead of judging yourself by one result. You do not need to buy diamonds or new cosmetics to use this routine. Start with the tools already available to you and adjust it to your device and time.
